PRIVATE HANDS-ON SPANISH COOKING CLASSES.
A cookery session with chef Amelia is way beyond just cooking, it is approaching the Andalusian way of life, discovering the best of this land from her point of view. It is sharing knowledge, time, and good food & wine.
Morning cooking class + market tour
Description: we go to Triana market, birth neighborhood of Chef Amelia, to explore the local market life. Then go to her kitchen to kick off cooking with all the different preps needed to nail a traditional Spanish feast.
Menu: we cook seasonal recipes always including:
- Seasonal salad.
- 3 tapas.
- Seasonal desert.
Drinks: red wine, white wine, beer, soda pops. Sangria is available upon request when booking time.
Duration: from 10:00 to 15:30. It might seem too much but check on the program:
10:00 meeting point at your accommodation if you stay downtown in a walking distance to the market, if not we meet at 10:30 at the market.
10:30 (approximately according to ho fast you walk) we arrive or meet at the market. It will take us about 45 minutes (Again it depends on how much you ask and how many people there would be that day in the market). Transportation from the market to the studio included (10 minutes)
11:45 – 15:30 Let´s start cooking!
We have from now about 3 hours and half of cooking eating and drinking, like a home party!
